Shipping Policy
We delivery service and products world-wide. Physical goods are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product, and your location. The cost of shipping will be shown in your cart before you complete the order.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times within Australia are estimated at 3-7 business days. International shipping times vary depending on your location.

Gary Edwin Golf is committed to providing exceptional customer service, and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products on our website are currently in stock, and that pricing is accurate.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available on physical products. We’ll ask that you return the product to us for evaluation prior to any refund. Refunds are available only on defective goods. Please choose carefully, because we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or order the wrong product. Where goods are faulty, we will offer a full refund after the product has been returned.
Refunds are generally not available for digital products, including downloads and membership.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, maintain your membership if you are a Platinum Member, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if you signed up) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Gary Edwin Golf uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart.
