Rod Pampling shot a bogey-free 63 at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in the opening round of the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation to take a two-stroke lead. Rod finished with six birdies on his back nine, including five in a row from the the 4th hole. “I got here yesterday and had a look around and it’s just one of those courses that just looks good to the eye,” Pampling said. “There’s a lot of tee shots that set up really well for me and we took advantage of it.”
Rod was at the Glades earlier this month working with Gary on his posture and initial turn direction. We have just posted this Lesson inside Tour Players Lessons in the Members Area.
