Gavin Coles shot a first round 69 and is in a tie for 8th in the Puerto Rico Open, on the Pga Tour. Gary heads for the USA tomorrow to spend 3 weeks with Gavin and Rod Pampling in Florida. Rod is also playing this week and opened with a solid round of 71.

Rod Pampling T8 at Torrey Pines
Rod Pampling finished the Farmers Insurance Open with 71 and a 10 under par total. He played solid all day and picked up $162,000 for his 8th place finish. This was a great kick-start to the 2012 season and will give him some confidence going into this weeks event in Pheonix.
