Dear Mr Gary and Luke Edwin
This year has been an experience for Sheila and me. Since 2018, I was planning to visit you but because of many reasons, we were not able to visit Australia. However, at the end of 2022, we decided that this year was the year to make the trip and we did it. It was the best two weeks in our lives to have visited Australia.
My visit to your school and spend a whole week with both of you has been my best golfing experience, I was never been with pros with the knowledge of the golf swing as you both.I will never abandon the Right Sided Swing Principles because I believe on them and feel that I have a team behind me.
Alfonso
We wish you both and your families the best Xtmas and Happy New Year 2024. I wish you the best for 2024 and hope someday we will meet again.
Thank you very much for your advices and wish that we continue to have a close relationship.
Well, again I wish you the best for 2024.
Regards
Hi Gary
Fantastic weekend, a huge thanks to All the Edwins, great tuition, great company, great food and hospitality, a fantastic experience.
So good to see the dramatic improvements with everyone’s swing.
A huge thanks once again,
See you soon
JF
Hi All
Sincere gratitude for the weekend Golf School. I absolutely loved the 3 days we spent with the Team, a very special opportunity for me as a developing golfer to be able to receive expert tuition with a supportive group of golfers around me. Thanks to everyone and I look forward to hearing how everyone plays in the future.
Kind Regards,
Caroline x
Hi Gary and team
I just wanted to let you know that I came up in May 2018 with the Mike Oakley group and am also a member of your website, since that weekend I have lowered my handicap two strokes but more importantly on the weekend I won the Cromer Golf Club B Grade Club Championships.
Due to knowledge I learnt that weekend in May and reviewing your videos on the website in addition with a lot of practice I have a swing that is more consistent and holds up under pressure and no longer so reliant on feel and rhythm but is more dependent on me keeping my shape.
I just wanted to acknowledge your team’s contribution to my win last week and look forward to coming back up to the school for further lessons.
If you ever have a clinic in Sydney let me know I would love to attend.
Regards

Fellow passionate Golf fellows:
The Gary Edwin 3-day academy (Golf Coast, Australia) was an absolute 10! The right sided swing is for me!
I never really felt like I had control of my ball, and I knew what I didn’t like about my swing but no one could help me fix it!
As I have been getting older injuries and stiffness became more prevalent and I had a number of “fixes” (orthotics, Golf elbow brace, pain medication!). I had custom fit clubs for my swing which enabled me to play to a high standard (x flex to take off spin, upright to draw the ball) but they were all band-aids.
After a 60 minute lesson Gary built me a model/template built around strong fundamentals, angles and using leverage. The rest of the time was honing in and repeating which was surprisingly easy.
Within the hour of my lesson I was hitting it pure, penetrating flight with all clubs, hitting it high and Low and actually longer (which was a bonus). I even put the 3,4 iron back in the bag!
I spent three days in total and they fitted my putter and improved my short game and bunker play! It was like a total body makeover for Golf! My orthotics, braces upright clubs are gone but more importantly I actually understand my “pattern” and I can fix it myself.
I was given a few drills and encouraged to use a mirror, impact bag more than pounding balls. This is what they call daily maintenance and it’s only 15-30 mins.
The last thing I would share is Luke, Ben, Pete, Gary and Kath worked as a team and over the three days made me feel very welcome – a great experience.
If I wasn’t there I wouldn’t believe it!

Hi Gary and Team,
I attended your golf school 10-12 June 2016.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the whole experience.
Firstly (and most importantly) it was great fun.
I loved the process – assessment – instruction – drills – play (and a beer at lunch as well).
To play at the Grand was extra special.
I have now achieved my interim goal – get back to single figures. I attribute this to my continued recovery from arm surgery (back to 95%), and the guidance from you and your team getting to work on a solid repeatable technique. Also, I have been doing my drills regularly. Also, also – thanks to Luke, my putting is solid as well.
My handicap is now 8.3 down from about 12/13 when I visited. I had a 75 yesterday – 1 eagle, 3 birdies – if it wasn’t for 2 doubles!!
Hope to see you again in the future.
Perhaps in Canberra if I can wangle a seat at the demonstration as part of the Federal amateur.
Regards Ron

Happy Christmas to the Edwin family and I hope you have a wonderful New Year.
Last three rounds in the winds of St Michaels…..37pts. 41pts on Sat 2nd in A Grade and today 41 points to win A Grade.
8 birdies and several missed birdies due to me putting like Steve Wonder ?. Also same ball every round…..not one lost ball in a few rounds now.
My Mates know I’m an RSS advocate and today as I’m playing so well again…..they stand in the fairway asking me …..” how does the RSS work”. I say. “. Go to Gary Edwin’s website, I’m a member of them all and Gary’s site is THE best of them all”
I’m playing so well and you may recall I mentioned during our lesson that my driver had not left my bag for 7 years as I couldn’t hit it out of my shadow…no joke ! I am now the best of my group with a driver and all i do is my best RSS swing and make sure I have True Loft .
Just some feedback from a very happy RSS member ?⛳️
Cheers

Gary and Team:
Wanted to thank you for the years of putting together your RSS site. It has been very helpful to me this year winning our Super Senior championship (over 70) at Little Mill Golf Club in New Jersey, USA. My handicap typically ranges from a USGA GHIN index from 8.6 to 7.1 but this year I have it down to 6.1 and playing quite well in Golf Association of Philadelphia events.Regards,
Jack Patton
I just wanted to update you on my satisfaction with your right sided swing. As stated at an earlier e-mail I had both hips replaced a year and a half ago. The swing is so easy on the body I only notice my replacements going up and down from the greens. I am 69 years old and except for my hips am fit. I have a strong upper body and still lift weights. I am built like Peter Senior, but am only 5’7″ like Gavin Coles.
I can not express enough how helpful and good your videos are. Gary’s explanations of the swing are outstanding. It is too bad that there are not more right sided instructors in the U.S. I hit most irons and woods straight or with a little tail most of the time. Most of my screw ups are around the green or putting. However, I am getting more consistent with chipping and pitching with the right sided swing.
I just wanted you to know how happy I am with the swing. I may not even be golfing with out finding ” the Right Sided Golf Swing” because I was a slugger and violently slung my hips. I wanted to illustrate what the learning curve has been in my case, and perhaps this is like a lot of other hackers.I hope my thought are correct on the things I listed. I AM VERY HAPPY I FOUND YOUR SITE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Thanks again.

Gary and Luke,
The swing is great…feels good and am having proven results. I’m 69, turned professional in 1970, retired in 2012 as Director of Golf and am now just teaching and playing. I have studied all of the teachers with reputations in the states and also Australians such as Croker, Hughes, and Ayers….Nobody compares to you. The RSS really struck a nerve with me…I have about 24 hours invested looking at all of the content as a Platinum member and your presentations at seminars and live lessons with professionals and amateurs is extraordinary. I have always been impressed with Senior and Pampling which finally lead me to researching you further, and it has been a pleasure to watch the meteoric rise of Rebecca Artis and to view her lessons on the website…what a beautiful action she has!
I will be a champion for the RSS in Texas and already have one student join you as a Platinum member…Keep those videos coming…they are a great learning tool for us teachers and students alike.
Best regards,
Bruce

Good morning,I just wished to say thank you for such a great swing method. I am 31 (overweight, not flexible), and have tried every method, with the same major issues being fats, thins, slices (longer clubs), pulls:
-Rotary (C Quinton)
-Perfect connection (C.J Geocks)
-Peak performance (Don Trahan)
– Square to square (Doug Tewell)
-One plane swing/two plane swing (J Hardy’s book)
-Lessons from a PGA coach (Modern method, turn left sided shift weight)A few weeks ago I stumbled across RSS, watched the videos and immediately was impressed by the no nonsense approach. I had immediate results at the range. I then saw Jason Pavese yesterday in Canberra, and he was able to correct a few of my issues straight away. I cannot believe the immediate change, its ridiculous. I love the concept of setting the shape on the wall, letting my arms swing and staying centred. I need to work on a number of things but just wished to pass my thank you on to you and advise that Jason Pavese is an absolute credit to the RSS method. I plan to see him once a month and be an active member of the RSS site.
Thanks again.
Regards,

Mr Edwin and team,
I had left knee replacement, right handed player, and struggled with my swing. I had Gary’s video and studied it over and over and applied it with adaptations for my body and such. I’m striking the ball again better than I did BEFORE I had knee replacement. Yesterday, at my home course Canebrake Club Athens, Alabama I shot a 73 from the Tournament tees. I feel rejuvenated about the game at 56 now. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of golf with us all. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve.
Kind Regards,
Jimmy Griggs
Madison, ALGary…Have been under Alex’s tutelage once/month for the past three years. And am most pleased. I am 77 and have shot my age on occasion since age 71. Been playing 60 years fro 4 to 10 hdcp. Taught for Jimmy Ballard in the 90s after 34 years in the USN.
It should be getting easier with a stroke grace each year, but alas I suffer from LOD.
Have come to grips with that of course. This note is just to let you know I cherish your website…on it at least once a week and learn something useful each time.
My regression is always slide, lift, flip etc. ..frustrating. Thanks to you and Alex
my shape is OK. Schlee taught me right wrist long ago, but I never mastered until I
your recent shape lessons re arms before address….most helpful.
Anyway, keep up the great site. My dream is to travel to your teaching site before I go to the other side of the divot. However I know you are very busy.
Looking forward to meeting you someday.
Warmest regards, Phillip McNall, San Ramon CAHi Gary,
I’m not sure if you remember me but I received a lesson off you at the start of last year during the floods (the fool who travelled from Bribie island in flood waters). I just thought I’d let you know how my year went after having the lesson from you and from studying your videos. I had the best year of my club golfing career, I won the foursomes, mixed foursomes, 4ball stroke, A grade club champs, and the match play champs. My handicap has stayed on a consistent 3 for the whole year, I’m constantly working and improving my swing, and trying to get rid of that bloody steep downswing.
Just thought I would let you know how my game is traveling, and to say thank you for the lesson and videos, and hopefully i will see you for another lesson this year.Thank you,
Sam Hawgood
Dear Gary
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you having worked on being “right sided” now for around 8 months. I have spent the last 10 years as a club pro/trainee pro searching for a repeatable swing and have got nowhere. In fact at the end of last year I almost decided to finish playing all together and concentrate on my shop and club business!!
I came across you on you tube and then became a member of your site and have to say I am not the same golf pro as I was last year. I have done nothing but work on shape, wrist angles and radius all year and I have never played so consistently. Today I have managed to make the team for my buying group for a competition at open championship venue Turnberry, the first thing I have won since around 2004!
So I just wanted to e mail and say thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and for creating a swing that is powerful, repeatable and most of all consistent.
All I need to do know is perform in Scotland in August!!Kind regards and best wishes

Crosland Heath GCGary,
About six months ago (or so) I signed up for your site as I was very interested in your swing. At that time I had a very difficult time getting the videos because it would take a long time to open a file and then the video would stall so I could never really see the videos I needed without a lot of frustration.
But now that your new website is up, I’ve watched some of your lessons with the PGA pros and also am able to get to all the videos that I need. It’s only been a few days but already I am striking the ball better than I have in my 25 years of playing golf.
I compete on the Golf Week Amateur Golf Tour. I’ve been struggling in the A Flight now for two years and was almost ready to quit but because of the simplicity of your swing, I am anxious for the new season to begin in February. I have not felt this way about golf in a long time so thank you, Gary, and your staff. Keep up the good work.
Jerry
Hi Guys,
Just watched the shot shaping videos and they were awesome. I especially like some of the rock music you include in the clips, it makes it more fun. I always wondered how a right sided swinger shaped shots and now I have a glimpse of how its done, although I suspect I would need a few personal lessons on how to do it. On that note could you tell me the name of the most experienced instructor you have in Melbourne and where he teaches? I am currently living in Berwick, which is a SE suburb in Melb.
Thanks,
JohnI want to thank you and your dad for providing me with the information to transform my game. I get so much out of your monthly posting in the members area. The whole experience has been great.
Thanks Again
Roger JewellPlayed yesterday, right after watching the lesson, but BEFORE hitting any balls…just tried to adjust the set-up (rt leg and foot, and hands more out)…16 greens in reg for 68 (if I could have made a few, it would have been REAL low)…ball flight was much better, distance control with wedges was much improved…THANK YOU!!

Just wanted to express how much I am enjoying the members section. I am anxious to learn as much about the right sided swing as possible. The video’s of gary explaining his concepts is great.

Dear Mr. Edwin,
A friend shared your CD with me and I found it to be simple and fantastic. I have watched it at least 7 times and taking notes. Also, I just ordered a copy for myself. My index is a 2 and now hope to be even or a plus golfer soon. Thank you for simplifying the golf swing for greater consistency.
All the best to you.
William IslavaHi Gary,
I’ve truly enjoyed your vcd. It has brought the fun back in the game. Thanks to your tape I have finally found a swing that repeats itself. Gary if you are ever in the states and have several hours to spare, I would love to take some lessons. Iam a 2 handicap and are always looking to improve. I truly believe you’re the answer to taking my game to the next level. Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading more on your website Keep me posted on any other books or cds you have available for sale. Thanks a million.Frank Montro
Hi
I found your website by accident and found it interesting, so I thought I might try the set up angles information on the range.
WOW couldn’t believe the difference it made to my distance and accuracy, so thanks very much for that. I am 42 and play off 10, so hope to see my h/cap drop. Just trying the weight tranfer at the moment , but I think thats not too bad.
Although I’m a leftie I found it easy to understand, thought the use of the so called “K” position was really easy to understand.
Thanks againGood morning
I recently purchased your DVD/CD Rom and have already improved my golf game as a result (handicap 10).
Any plans for instruction schools in the United Kingdom ?
Regards
Dear Gary and Luke,
I am writing to say how pleased I was with the instruction on your CD which I recently purchased, and have viewed many times. Prior to this I had collected and read your various Golf Australia articles. I had also had a couple of lessons from Sean Charleston, professional at Moonah Links. The CD inspired me to really work hard at applying your ideas to my swing.
Seeing the ideas in action on the computer really helped. I sensed a real improvement in my ball striking and control of shot direction. This did not at first translate into better scores, but I played to near my 15 handicap despite various errors, mainly inside 50 metres.
But yesterday it all came together, the ball striking, direction control, sound around the greens and some great (lucky?) putts ( 3 par 3 birdies!) The result was a round of 76 (par72) at my home club, The Dunes. Previous best 81. New handicap 11.9 !
I shall continue to study your system and practice your drills. As I feel that I owe a good part of my improved skills to your advice, I write to express my appreciation, and I have been happy to tell my mates about my source of advice.
Regards,
Brian Jones.Hello Luke
I wanted to say thanks for all the help with the lessons. I played in my first tournament/skins game this past weekend. I took first place in my flight. I also won several skins. All the hard work is slowly paying off. I still have along way to go. There where a couple of problems I had and I would like to address them in the next set of lessons. I’m hoping to send my last lesson to you sometime next week.
Again thanks for all the help. Since I started taking lessons about 8 months ago I have dropped 15 stokes off my score. I also broke 80 for the first time ( 79 ).
Thanks
Neal Brown
(Neal Brown is one of our internet customers)I wanted to thank you for your video instruction this year. I orignally studied your VCD this Spring and had a very successful season in the Golf Association of Philadelphia Tournaments coming in third at the Chapman Cup (Senior event), tied for 5th in the Foursomes event and won my club Senior Championship this past weekend. Additionally, I was very fortunate to play quite well using your technique in the Philadelphia Section ProAm competitions at Lancaster Host Farm and the Volunteers of America Pro Am at Scotland Run tied for 2nd place. Handicap went down from an 8 to a 5 this year. (Age 58 – triple bypass patient)
One question that I still have is the ability to fade the ball using my driver on some holes that require shot shaping down the left side and must be brought back into the right. My typical ball flight is a slight draw (penetrating ball flight). Any suggestions on how I might be able to fade the ball using your right side technique? Thanks again for all your help this season.

Hi Gary (and team),
I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for the help you’ve given me over the last few months, and in particular, during the 3-day Golf School at the Glades in May.
Since finding the RSS (via Paul Tudor in Thailand) my ball striking, consistency, and confidence have all improved by a great margin. So much so, that on Friday I came second in the TSPGA Q-School with scores of 72, 75, 75 and I have now fulfilled a lifelong dream of earning my tour card on a Senior Tour (albeit a very small tour!). My first senior pro tournament here in Thailand is 11-13 July.
It was your coaching that has got me to this point. So thank you.
Warren Wood (Woody).
