Gavin Coles birdied 4 of his last 6 holes and moved up into a tie for 22nd at the Brasil Champions Presented by HSBC in San Paulo, Brasil. He finished on 11 under par and is starting to put together some good scores. This finish moves him up inside the Top 50 on the web.com Money List, he has made the cut in the three events he has played this year.
I am not at all surprised at Gavin’s finishes including this weeks 69 in the final round in Panama. I watch him practicing all the time here at the course I am the part time starter and marshal. I am impressed by his hours practicing and his consistency in ball striking making me want to emulate him. He is also a favorite among all the employees as his easy going nature and the occasional comment that I “hit like a sheila” puts a smile on our faces. Well done Gavin.
